QBP online - Medical information registration form for accessing MedInfo

When you create a MedInfo account as an AHPRA registered healthcare professional, you will have access to information which is not accessible to the general public.

By completing the medical information registration (MedInfo) form below, you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

After you have completed the form and clicked Subscribe, QBP will set up a MedInfo account for you. 

Once your account is ready, QBP will send you an email requesting for you to set up your password. After you have clicked on the link in the email and set up your password, you will be able to login to access the MedInfo page on the QBP website.
