2. Screen prompt – click ‘ORDER FORM’

3. Fill ORDER FORM

• 3.1. drag’n’drop SAS(B) or AP Letter 
• 3.2. add payment details to authorise payment within 14 days of Order
• 3.3. hit SUBMIT

4. Screen prompt – fill & submit the Distribution Supply Agreement

5. Receive a copy of the completed Order Form, Tax Invoice and Agreement
